QScheduler Calendars can be used to post meetings, events, classes, etc. The Calendar area allows users to maintain and update their schedules and QScheduler users.
Users can create, configure, and maintain classes, including the class requirements and enrollment options.
Coordinators are the set contacts for scheduled events. They may be configured and maintained in this area.
In the Event area, users can schedule classes, setting such options as their date, coordinators, locations, and frequency.
Locations include the address, contact information, capacity, and resources for Events set in QScheduler.
