The QAlert™ product allows users to alert administrators of various concerns online, notifying appropriate departments of an issue and logging the issue in a centralized database. When the issue is resolved, QAlert™ will notify the user of the update.

Service Request Activities are a type of complaint submitted by a viewer or operator that needs to be addressed by the correct party or administrator.

This report shows how long it has taken on average to close requests by type, and the percentage of complaints that closed within a certain amount of time. The Service Requests can also be broken down by open or closed requests over a specified time frame.
